Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the North East Olympic Games. All Volunteers have now been assigned to committees, Click here to download the list
 
Please report to the Shillong Convention Center (near Pinewood Hotel) on the 7th of November according the schedule of each committee below:
 
  • Accommodation – 10 – 11 am
  • GTCC/Ceremonies/Finance – 11 – 12 pm
  • Venue Dev/Reception – 12 – 1 pm
  • Transport/Medical – 2-3 pm
  • Reserves – 4 – 5 pm
 
At the venue, you will receive your Tracksuits, and further instructions on deployment. 
 
If you do not see your name on the list, you will be assigned at the Venue.
